Recognising and Rewarding Excellence in Education Foodservice

Claymore Events is proud to launch the inaugural Scottish School Food Awards to reward excellence in education foodservice across the country. Celebrating the schools that prioritise the provision of high quality food, nutrition and well-being programmes, the awards were founded with dual aims in mind: To recognise the institutions, initiatives, people and policies that promote better health and productivity, and to encourage others to follow suit.

Providing a mark of distinction and a unique marketing advantage for finalists and winners in each of the 10 categories, the awards highlight the commitment of schools that are helping to improve the lives of their students and staff.

Open to state-run, private and public schools throughout the country the Scottish School Food Awards are judged by a panel of leading independent experts from across the education sector.

Showcasing the highest levels of achievement in nutrition, sustainability, innovation, care, community cooperation and development of the young, the awards aim to help the Scottish education sector to reach new benchmarks in nutritional excellence.
